A woman from Vlora, mother of two children, had been divorced by her husband. To cause the separation seems to have been the woman who refused to live in the house with her husband’s parents.
By court decision, children should live with their mother and the father would have a legal obligation of 200,000 Lek towards them.
But the unemployed man did not guarantee the children what had been decided by law for two years.
So the woman turned to a court clerk who had confiscated the furniture and valuables of her ex-husband.
Now the mother of the two children is also trying to get the man’s home.
